1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.semantisys.ai (the “Site”) or any services provided by SemantiSys AS (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (e.g., an MRO or Airline), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

This is the most critical section for your protection:

• Ownership: All content, software, “Logic Layer” architecture, deterministic filtering algorithms, and proprietary data processing methods used by SemantiSys are the exclusive property of SemantiSys AS.

• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any portion of our Services.

  • Using any automated system (crawlers, bots, or AI scrapers) to extract data or logic from the Site.

  • Bypassing any security measures or “guardrails” implemented within the platform.

3. Use of Services

SemantiSys provides a data utility designed to support aviation maintenance.

• Accuracy of Data: While our system is designed to synchronize with OEM technical publications, the user (the MRO) remains the final “System of Record” and is responsible for ensuring all maintenance is performed according to approved regulatory standards.

• Account Security: If you are granted access to a demo or platform portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law:

• SemantiSys AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profit, aircraft downtime, or maintenance delays) arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.

• Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Third-Party Systems (ERP/OEM)

Our Services may interact with third-party platforms (e.g., Ramco, SAP, or OEM Portals). SemantiSys AS is not responsible for the availability, downtime, or data integrity of these third-party systems.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your Local District, e.g., Stavanger or Haugesund], Norway.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
